The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and modern with amenities like coffee and a large TV, and there were safety features like smoke detectors in place.

We went from 5-8 March 2011.We did not get to stay at Hotel Elite because there was a burst pipe, we got moved to Hotel Accademia a 3 star hotel, it was lovely, great staff and wonderful breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and location was perfect. Air conditioning worked well.

Room was very small and very old style. Shower was small and difficult to use. Breakfast was usual Italian,,,,,poor

Im a tall guy and I found it very hard to fit in the shower as the hot water system was also in there.

This place is wonderful, it's quite clean and offers great value; the staff is extremely nice and polite, the building and rooms are pleasant, and they have single-person beds, making it a top pick for accommodation.

Totally unhelpful staff!

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Rome. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many of the city's main attractions. You can easily access two museums and public transport from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained and had everything we needed. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, they were helpful and efficient. The breakfast offered a good selection. Although, one minor issue was that the hot water service was in the shower space. In summary, it was a great stay with everything we needed during our trip to this wonderful city.

This hotel met all requests in every way, would be happy to recommend. Property was gorgeous, with AFFABLE staff and unbeatable location easy to get sightseeings. The service was excellent, I loved it very much.

The service of the staff was really excellent, they were very friendly, helpfull and spoke good english, we fell so welcome! The room was clean and a good size, with TV, aircondition and free wifi. The location was perfect, very close to the Spanish Steps and we could walk to Vatican City, Trivoli Fountain and many other sites. Even though our flight did not leave until late evening, they kept our luggage and allowed us to wait in their air conditioned lobby until the cab came after we did more sightseeing. Definitely recomend this hotel!!

The elevator does not serve the first floor, so my disabled daughter had to walk up a flight of stairs which they claimed was just a few steps - more like 15 or so.

rooms are too small, not enough space even to put your luggage... old rooms are really old. They ask for extra 20Eur payment for renovated rooms but they are the same size with old ones and only the furniture is new(ish)! so, it is not worth much to pay extra. anyway if you are in Rome, you do not spend your time in the Hotel room, so it was OK.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as I was able to walk to all of Rome's spectacular attractions. Additionally, the hotel was close to most tourist spots, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.
